Job Summary

Strategy analysts rely on data to solve everyday business problems. They provide relevant insights that help companies make better decisions, address key challenges and concerns, and identify new ways to grow. Strategy analysts identify a business’ needs and develop plans that determine the direction a company can take to actualize its goals. They gather, review, and test data and apply many measures to provide solutions to critical business issues and decisions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Work with clients on specific areas to develop data backed operating strategies and devise actionable outcomes
  • Create a playbook of best operational practices that can be replicated across clients
  • Provide a strategic communication layer between the operating leadership team and the clients
  • Work closely with the Data Engineering team to create products within the marketing domain (e.g. media spend attribution models, CAC reduction models, ad spend optimizers)
  • Liaise with stakeholders, both internal and external to the company
  • Leverage data warehousing capabilities to create high quality analyses for all business functions
  • Shape peer groups between functional leaders within Atidiv to enable collaboration and experience sharing both on-and off-line

Your Skills & Competencies

  • 2+ years of experience with a top-tier management consulting firm with an Engg/commerce degree.
  • 1-2 years with an early to mid-stage startup in the marketing domain is preferable.
  • Entrepreneurial with an ability to work in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
  • High level of curiosity and interest for startups and the ecosystem.
  • Team player with ability to work effectively in small groups.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication.
  • Disciplined and data-driven in approach to business decisions, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with lack of structure in a fast-paced environment, with ability to create one where required
