To protect both parties and maintain a secure onboarding flow, access to gig and payment information is only provided after contract signing. This ensures that only verified and eligible contractors receive full access to the project.
You’ll receive an email invitation once we have your information. Click the link to sign up, review your contract, upload required documents, and set up your withdrawal method. The entire process takes just a few minutes.
Payments are processed after your work is approved by the client. You can track your payment status using the Withdrawal Tracker in your Atidiv dashboard, which gives real-time ETA updates.
You’ll need to upload a government-issued ID, sign your contract, and submit tax forms like W-9 (for U.S. citizens) or W-8BEN (for non-U.S. citizens). We’ll guide you through each step on the platform.
Atidiv supports PayPal, Wise, Coinbase, bank transfers, and more. You can choose from over 100+ currencies, depending on your location. Make sure to select a method that matches your local bank account currency to avoid conversion fees.

Payments are processed monthly, by the 7th of each month.

Only you and authorized client that you are working for will have access to your uploaded documents. Detailed instructions on how to upload your documents will be sent to you via email. If your account is flagged or suspended, the Atidiv support team at support@atidiv.ai will provide assistance to help resolve the issue based on the specific reason.
Email responses may take anywhere from 30 minutes to 5 hours, depending on the volume of requests.
To avoid confusion and data discrepancies, we do not encourage changing your registered email address. However, you can update your phone number directly on the platform. The changes will be reflected within 24–48 hours.
