Job Summary
As a Senior Campaign Manager, you will be a key player in our dynamic marketing team, overseeing the end-to-end process of campaign management. Your responsibilities will include trafficking and QAing campaigns in Campaign Manager 360 (CM360), ensuring the accuracy of campaign setups on social media platforms, conducting comprehensive QA of Floodlight setups, contributing to mapping and reporting efforts, and providing training and mentorship to junior team members.
Your Responsibilities
- Campaign Trafficking – Efficiently and accurately traffic campaigns in Campaign Manager 360
- Campaign QA – Conduct rigorous quality assurance checks on campaigns in CM360 to ensure accurate setup
- Social Media Campaigns – QA and oversee the setup of campaigns on various social media platforms (Meta,
LinkedIn, Snapchat, Twitter, TikTok) - Floodlight Setup and QA – Set up Floodlight activities and conduct QA to ensure tracking accuracy.
- Mapping and Reporting – Contribute to campaign mapping efforts and generate comprehensive reports for
internal and client use - Training and Mentorship – Provide training and mentorship to junior team members on campaign management
best practices. - Client Communication – Act as a point of contact for clients, providing updates on campaign performance and
addressing queries
Your Skills & Competencies
- Experience: 5+ years
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- A degree in digital marketing or a related business field will be anadded advantage.
- Competency with using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce reports and presentations for clients.
- Strong analytical skills, Proactive approach, Adaptable/flexible.
- Ready to do night shifts.
