Position Summary:

Addressing, supervising & educating operations team on best practices, developing and maintaining operational guidelines, overseeing operational cost, assisting in interviewing and recruiting staff, performing routine maintenance tasks, evaluating inspection reports, evaluating current operational
strategies, generating operational reports.


Job Duties:

  • Be responsible for the overall performance for different teams which will be reporting to you.
  • Be responsible for the client deliverables without frequent reminders from management.
  • Ensure timely and effective completion of assigned tasks.
  • Resolve queries in exceptional situations and escalate them, when required. (by following proper channels).
  • Compile & publish reports on teams’ performance reports. (Daily/Weekly/Monthly etc.).
  • Coordinate periodic and regular meetings with other Assistant Managers and Team leaders to discuss process impediments, needed resources or issues/delays in completing the task.
  • Motivate and inspire team members not only to achieve but exceed customer’s expectation by leading them by examples.
  • Be sensitive to the needs of the team members and create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort.
  • Conduct regular analysis on the team’s overall performance and identify root cause for problem areas and action on it.
  • Keep the Operations Manager informed of task accomplishment, issues, and status.
  • Focus on accelerating the team’s performance.
  • Understanding towards business/organization objectives.
  • Willingness to add value to company’s Culture, Mission and Vision Education/Skills Required.

Qualifications:

  • Should be a graduate with min 2 years of experience in BackOffice/Non-Voice team for an International Process. (Asst Manager/Group Manager on papers).
  • Should have managed 2 or more processes at the same time, with team size of more than 60.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem solving, negotiating and verbal & written communication skills.
  • Strong computer knowledge and technical skills (including ease with multiple processes, applications, Advanced Excel, Word, PPT).
  • Understand Targets and Achieving the same.
  • Must have handled US/ UK Clients in Present/ Past.
  • Willing to Work in UK/ US Shifts and Rotational.
